Wow, i havent posted for a few days and to be honest it's coz not much has happened...We've been doing life as usual biding our time till we go to Canberra for Lalo to be a best man at Frank's wedding and for me to see family :) and go shopping of course LOL!
That's almost two weeks away though so in the meantime we have a few things to keep us busy; tonight we're going to a friends house for dinner & games which should be great fun. It's actually a surprise Trivial Pursuit Party, why surprise and why TP i hear you ask? Well not many of us like TP and Aaron loves it so we thought we should do what he wants to do for his birthday LOL, i'll try and get pics of Aaron kicking out butts! LOL :)
Next week it's RODEO time here in the Rodeo capital of Australia, some of you may remember this time last year i started my myspace blog with photos of the rodeo so hopefully this year (seeing as people actually read my blog) i might even get comments!LOL!
The rodeo is on from Friday so i'll be snapping away taking WAY too many photos that i wont know what to do with again, last year i had to make a mini CD tin Album so i could include ALL my favourite photos, I'll have to upload that when i get it back *wink*
The week after that is when i'll be running around like a lunatic getting ready to fly out from here so if you see me posting (here or on SoF LOL) kick me off!!!
The only other thing i DO want to post about is how much Jesse is talking almost 3yrs old!!! I know i always said as soon as he starts he wont stop but it's really constant and funny to watch! So i'll tell you some of the things that are worth mentioning that have made us laugh (most of which is him purely repeating what we say *blush*):
When asked to do something- "I'm busy mummy"
Calls Lalo 'Uncle Lalo' and laughs hysterically (after our visit from the Theakstons
When asked to grab something that is being handed to him- "sure mummy"
When not sure who to address at the table- "Je want cordial somebody"
He's also starting to call us Mai and Dai forgetting about the middle part of the words! He's even called his friend Abby "Ai"!! not even three and already lazy with his talking!
I'm sure this is only the beginning so all these little gems and others are being recorded and added to this tin i scrapped.
Will be looking forward to all your photos of next weekend Carol, and I am sure you will get some visitors this year. Bet you can't wait to go to Canberra and hit the shops. Will you get to catch up with any of the SofF girls whilst you are away. Love your tin by the way, and I am sure you will be very thankful in a few years time when you can come back and read some of those beautiful things Jesse has said.
