Just sharing...

In my quest to keep morning sickness at bay (as we all know is not limited to the morning) i started cooking pasta at lunch. I'm sick of bread and though fruit looks good and tastes good at the time it doesnt fill me up for long and so i'm CONSTANTLY looking for food... Lalo just laughs *roll*

ANYWAY... back to my story, i started out just by cooking the pasta and ended up making up a delicious recipe that you'll just have to try for yourself! SO here's the recipe, if you make it (and you really should) let me know your thoughts :)

Carol's Pasta (very original i know)

1/2 cup chopped bacon or ham

1 onion sliced finely

1 cup sliced mushrooms

3 Tblspn Leggo's Sundried Tomato Pesto

Sundried tomato strips (i didnt have them but it would be nice to add)

1 cup cream

Salt to taste

Pasta of choice (i used large Penne)

1. Cook pasta as per packet instructions and keep warm.

2. Sautee onions and ham until onion is see through. Add pesto and tomato strips if available and saute for a few more minutes.

3. Add musrooms and cream all at once and turn heat to low, simmer until onion is no longer crunchy.

4. Season with salt, toss through pasta and serve
